Tetri Copilot

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This policy explains how the Service is delivered, when subscription fees for Tetri Copilot can be refunded, how to request a refund, and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Try before you pay

Tetri Copilot offers a free plan and a 14-day free trial of paid features that requires no payment card. We ask you to use them to confirm the Service meets your needs before you subscribe, because paid fees are generally non-refundable once charged. A trial converts to the selected paid plan only if you do not cancel before it ends.

2. How and when the Service is delivered

Tetri Copilot is software delivered as a service, electronically. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Once a payment is authorised, access to the paid plan is enabled on your workspace immediately and is available at app.tetricopilot.com from any supported browser, and a confirmation is sent to the email address on the account. What you receive is the right to use the features of the chosen plan for the billing period paid for. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If access has not been enabled within one hour of a successful payment, email info@tetricopilot.com and we will either resolve it or refund the charge in full.

3. Subscription fees are billed in advance

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, plus any applicable taxes. Each renewal is a separate charge for the period that follows it.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not a refund of the period already paid for. You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace moves to the free plan. Your data remains accessible on the free plan subject to its limits.

5. When we do issue refunds

We refund in full where: you were charged more than once for the same period; you were charged after a valid cancellation took effect; or a confirmed fault in the Service made it substantially unusable for the period charged and we could not resolve it. We may also refund at our discretion in other circumstances. Refunds are not given for partial periods, for unused capacity, or because a plan was not used.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in your jurisdiction. Where such a right applies and you exercise it within the period allowed by law, we will refund you as that law requires. Statutory consumer rights generally do not apply to purchases made by a business.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@tetricopilot.com from the address associated with your account, with your workspace name and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and to decide within 10 business days, and we will tell you the reason if we cannot approve it.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in the original currency of the charge. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5-10 business days to post the funds. We cannot refund to a different card or account, and we do not refund any currency-conversion or bank fees charged by your provider.

9. Problems with a charge

If you do not recognise a charge or believe it is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve billing errors faster than a chargeback, and raising a dispute may suspend the workspace until it is resolved.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and the date above shows when it was last revised.
